For most companies, having a website is an option. For community banks and credit unions, it is a federal requirement. After being cited for not having a website, Waterbury Postal Employees FCU needed to get one up and running as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible. As a bootstrap operation run out of a single room in the post office, they had no branding to speak of and only a handful of printouts about their products and services. On a tight budget, with limited time and resources, I designed, wrote, developed and launched this entire site — giving the credit union a unique online presence above and beyond the requirements. I even handled all web administrative tasks and continue to maintain the site
to ensure it remains up-to-date and in compliance.
