COPY / QUIZ LOGISTICS
All businesses face risk — many unique to the industry in which they operate. To help them identify and mitigate pressure points in their risk management strategies, Travelers asked me to architect a quiz that could be easily adopted by diverse product teams across the organization and pass strict legal review. Starting with the "Supply Chain Pressure Test," we evolved our approach over multiple iterations to arrive at the turnkey solution launched, most recently, with the "Nonprofit Pressure Test." This includes a streamlined process (in which I meet with Subject Matter Experts to gain insight into an industry and the coverages offered to that industry, then work to determine the right categories, questions and resources for each quiz), a templated design (created by their design and development team) and a dynamic copy deck (that I developed to balance my needs as the content writer with the needs of the marketing, design, development, product and legal teams). The quizzes have been a resounding success, and product teams at Travelers are lining up to get their versions to market. With our fifth quiz currently in development, our latest approach has passed its own test – cutting the time and cost to launch each quiz by nearly half.
