I served as lead UX designer and information architect on the team tasked to redesign the Northeast Medical Group website. The client required that the new site be responsive, highlight their relationship to the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) and help users find the right care provider among the network's 130+ physician groups. First, I focused on delivering a streamlined, user-friendly solution for high-level tasks, like finding a doctor, location or specialty. Next, I laid out key landing pages to showcase information about physicians and services that patients and caregivers need to make informed decisions. Then, I architected a modular, templated system to be used when adding supporting content sections and tier pages. Lastly, I envisioned how to seamlessly embed health library and news content from third-party providers into the new site.
