Mandarin Oriental was ready to update its digital presence to match the luxury experience of its hotels, and turned to Valtech to deliver. I was brought in early on in the site redesign process to lead the UX effort for two priority experiences: the booking flow and the member profile. And the results speak for themselves! Numbers from the full relaunch have already shown year-over-year increases in organic traffic (90.8%), unique visitors (17%) and — driven largely by my booking solutions — revenue (42%).
