HTH POOLS

Website & Interactive Water Test
UX / IA

HTH was working with three Atlanta, one of my agency partners, on a marketing campaign and part of the strategy included a website revamp with specific goals: support their two-stage messaging campaign ("clear water" and "here to help"), feature a series of "how-to" videos and help drive sales at retail locations, particularly Walmart. By the time I got the assignment, there was little room left in the schedule or budget. In record time, I delivered a holistic vision for the new site's architecture, content, templates and user experience that seamlessly integrated video, help content and links to "find a store" throughout the site, as well as an interactive water testing tool and future state considerations like user profiles and social engagement. To save time and money, I prototyped only novel interactions and the most critical functionality for desktop/tablet landscape (1024) , then simply illustrated how that would responsively translate to a lowest common denominator mobile resolution (320). The project was a success — boasting a 15% increase in sessions and new users on the website, a 91% increase in views for the HTH Walmart page, a 98% increase in orders and a 158% increase in revenue.
